This texture analyzer includes a wide range of preset measuring conditions.  You only have to select a desired food or standard, and follow the instructions displayed to set measuring conditions.

Data graphing and Analysis
A supplied software visualizes force transition in a graph.
Force vs Time and Force vs Displacement graphs are available.
It automatically calculates firmness, tackiness, cohesion, elasticity, etc (depending on your selected measuring condition).
You can overlay graphs (up to 5) using graph layering function, which is useful for comparing analysis.

Also, the operational panel displays up to 2 simple load distribution to compare.
