Repair and proofreading

We do the service of repair and proofreading with extra charge.
Usually, we have our distributor or Agent in major countries and some of them can do these services.
Please contact your dealer or us if you need these services.
We recommend you to calibrate and proofread periodically to maintain accuracy and have reliable measurement test.

* When the warranty is not appended, it will be out of a warranty.
* We warrant its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and proper maintenance for one year from original purchase.
* When you use our products, be sure to use attached AC adapter.
* Both amplifier and load cell are required when we calibrate our force and torque gauge.
* Please keep it after use in an attached carrying case to prevent from force or a shock applying to a measuring shaft.

Trouble in digital force gauge

Can not turn the power on Check the battery

Please check if you can turn on it while you are connecting AC adapter.
If it can not turn on then, battery or AC adapter are suspected as the defect.

Check the battery charging

Please charge the battery and check if it will work.

Check the AC adapter

Please check the voltage of AC adapter by volt meter if it is possible.

It will turn off automatically after turn on the power Check the battery

Please charge the battery over 8 hours.
Even if you chage but it does not work, the life of battery is low.

-The display is flashing.
-The buzzor is sounding.
-The over load lamp is flashing. (DPZ) Overload

We suspect it as overload of load cell when the right phenomenon is verified.
If the analog voltage is over 1V when any force or torque is not applied.
Please ask us the connector pin of analog output if you need.

It does not show full scale. Check the full scale

It should show the full scale value, when you load the full scale weight.
If it does not, it might be overloading.

Dispayed value is not steadiness. Check the work situation

Please wait three minutes after turn on the power. Then, please check it again.
Environment

Check the oscillation, humidity, and temperature.

Measured value is not stable Check the work situation.

Check the speed, direction, the environment is same.

Trouble in softwar EXELINK-XIIIE

Can not install the software	Check the specification of the PC Please check if the specification of the PC is suitable for this software.
	Check the operation system Please check if the operation system is Windows95, 98, or 2000.
	Check the microsoft excel Please check if the microsoft excel is version '97 or later.
Can not transfer the data	Check the cable Please use our standard optional cable.
	Check the connection Please check if the connector is connected to RS-232C port. (Do not connect to printer port by mistake.)
	Check the communication Check the RS-232C specification. (2400bps,8bit,stop_bit1,parity none) Please read attached operation manual for detail.
	Check the communication port Please check if the set up port of software is COM 1.
	Check the snapping of the cable If it is possible, please check the snapping of the cable. Please contact us if you want to check it.
Trouble of sampling data	Check the rivalry Please check if you use it with other application software. (If it is so, please close other application software and check it.)
	Check the cable length Please check if the cable length is under 15m. (If the length is over 15m, the signal might be attenuated.
	Check the noize Please check if there is occurrence of noize near the gauge.

Trouble in motorized test stand

It does not work	Check the power Please check the power connction.
It does not work	Check the fuse Please check if the fuse is not blown.
Possible to power on but not move	Check the emergency power Please check if the emergency power is not pressed. (Please rotate toward clockwise direction for lifting.)
	Check the speed Please change the speed. (If the speed is really low, it is hard to recognize the movement.)
	Check the limit Please check if the stroke limit is active.

Can not turn the power on	Check the battery Please check if you can turn on it while you are connecting AC adapter. If it can not turn on then, battery or AC adapter are suspected as the defect.
	Check the battery charging Please charge the battery and check if it will work.
