Selection of suitable range
Please choose suitable range of force gauge as the following method.
When you do high speed test as impact and break point, please select the capacity is 200% of measuring value.
For example;
Measuring value:10N Digital force gauge:ZP/Z2 series
Then, ZP-20N which is double capacity of measuring value is suitable.
When you do slow speed test as elongation test, please select the capacity is 150% of measuring value.
For example
Measuring value:30N Digital force gauge:ZP series
Then, suitable capacity will be 45 N and choose ZP-50N.
* The sensor of digital force gauge will break if higher power from overload capacity is loaded. (Overload)
To prevent overloading, suitable capacity range must be chosen.
* We recommend the weight of attachment or jig should be under 10% of gauge capacity.
Please be carefull to select an attachment when you use small range gauge.

Test stand is used with force gauge in order to measure more accurate and easy.
To increase the accuracy, measuring speed and direction should be the same.
The reading or using differences among individuals can be prevent, and make the measurment easy.
It makes small movement possible by handle or switch operation.
