A box-making machine, also known as a carton former, opens the folded corrugated fiberboard to make a box. The machine may shut down due to the variation of force to bend the score and the crease on the folded corrugated fiberboard. Thus, the management and testing of bending force of corrugated fiberboard is necessary. This video shows how to measure the maximum force when bending the corrugated fiberboard complying with JCS T0001: 2000, by using IMADA customized attachment and testing equipment. Moreover, By using the graphing software, the transition of the force to bend the corrugated fiberboard can be checked visually.
