Customer tends to choose easy-to-open food packaging. That is why the new dressing bottle's cap type - the inner plug is opened together with the outer cap - is designed to enter to the market. This video will show how to measure the opening force of this new type cap. The test will start at set speed and stop at set torque value automatically. By using a dedicated graphing software, the relationship between torque and angle can be shown graphically. In addition, By overlaying the 1st and 2nd graphs, the transition of torque can be visually compared and observed. It is widely used for quality control and R&D.
