Calibration ISO/IEC 17025
What is Calibration?
Calibration is a process to verify whether a force gauge maintains good accuracy or not. The calibration equipment used for the calibration should comply to national standard. Force gauges are necessary to be calibrated periodically just like a watch maintenance.
IMADA can provide the calibration accredited to “ISO/IEC 17025:2017”, an International Standard for Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Moreover, IMADA recommends you calibrate your force gauges periodically.
IMADA's Calibration
We have a fully equipped environment-controlled calibration center. Its independent floor minimizes the influences of vibration and the strict control of temperature/humidity realizes stable environment. Only the person who passed IMADA and ISO calibration examination can perform calibration.
All IMADA’s force gauges are calibrated ( final inspected) before delivery.
- Inspection certificate comes with a force gauge for free
- Calibration certificate (fee-based)
- Tradability certificate (fee-based)

We have been accredited to “ISO/IEC17025:2017”, an international Laboratories by an accreditation body, PJLA. Please make use of our ISO17025 calibration service to get more internationally reliable data
What is ISO/IEC17025:2017?
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is a global standard for testing/calibration laboratories. It includes management requirements and technical requirements, ensuring that accredited laboratories are competent to carry out specific testing/calibration tasks.
There is a move internationally to accept foreign testing/calibration data in recent years.
PJLA is a MRA signatory of APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Cooperation), and ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) as well as a member of NACLA (National Cooperation for Laboratory Accreditation).
In other words, testing/calibration data produced by the laboratories accredited by PJLA can be accepted in signatory countries as well.
Therefore we have obtained accreditation to ISO/IEC17025:2017 to be competence of providing internationally acceptable calibration data.
