Torque Test of Lipstick and Lip Balm Containers

Operating Force

This torque test of a lipstick is performed to measure the turning force (feeding torque) of a lipstick tube. For cosmetic containers, not only safety and protection of contents, but also usability is important. Now other factors such as design and sustainability are also considered significantly important, and thus comprehensive evaluation is required. In this test, the torque to twist out the content from the container can be quantified. Since the sample set is easy and can be measured on the table, it is also suitable for use in the field of quality control.
