Features

The vial holder can hold vials with any standardized sizes.
Enables to measure penetrability of elastomeric closures of vials
Needle can be installed to the force gauge directly without removing its needle tube from its hub.
The clamper and the table of the vial holder are movable to hold sample vials of any standardized sizes tightly.

Cautions
The lure fitting adapter in this configuration is MED-LFA-20N-MS, male lure slip type. Refer to the specification sheet for other options of the adapters.
When replacing the sample needles, remove the taper connector of the lure fitting adapter first from the force gauge to protect the sensor of the gauge from overloading.
In the case the sum of the length of the needle and the height of the vial exceeds 185mm, the test stand is required to have long stroke option. Please inquire to us for further details.

The lure fitting adapters have 3 varieties depending on the form of lure fittings.
Enables to implement penetration and drag force test of a needle by directly connecting a needle hub to the force gauge.
Improves test efficiency since removal of needle tubes from needle hubs is not required.
