IMADA Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer that pioneered the production of force gauges in Japan in 1947. In 1987, it became independent from its predecessor and was established as a specialized force gauge manufacturer. Currently, IMADA is not just a company that manufactures and sells force gauges. It positions itself as an expert in force measurement and strives to provide customers with "accurate measurement results" consistently by enhancing the development of force measuring instruments and improving repair and calibration services.

Development of Force Measuring Instruments

We were the first in the world to incorporate USB into force gauges, enabling the acquisition of smooth graphs of force variations.
We have developed force gauges that can be connected to the web as an IoT device, allowing for updates and upgrades. For more details, click here ＞
We are developing other peripheral equipment beyond force gauges to expand our lineup and meet the needs of a wide range of measurement objects and methods.

Repair and Calibration Services

Because force gauges fall under the category of measuring instruments used for quality management, our calibration facilities and systems have obtained ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification, ensuring international calibration capabilities and providing high-level calibration services to maintain your gauge’s accuracy. Even for discontinued products, we secure parts for approximately seven years and maintain a repair system. If parts are available, we can perform repairs even after seven years. If parts are not available, we make every effort to find alternative parts to provide support for a longer period. In fact, we have repaired force gauges purchased approximately 40 years ago.
