This custom-made torque test stand automatically measures the opening torque of screw caps and closes them at the single touch of a button. It improves the inspection efficiency in the production line as the manual cap closing becomes unnecessary. Moreover, the weight mechanism on the top of the stand allows easy adjustment of the cap chuck position, which helps quick sample setting and replacement.

  • Automatically close the cap after measuring opening torque by motion control of set torque values and timer
  • Resettable each control value with a password protection function provided
