Bending stress

The Bending Stress Measurement Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next series. Based on sample and test condition information, force value data are automatically converted to and displayed as bending stress (MPa). Three test methods are supported: three-point bending, four-point bending, and cantilever bending. (Supported sample shapes are limited to rectangular and round bars; hollow samples are not supported.)

* To download this function, a redemption code provided on the Download Card Basic is required.
* This function cannot be added to the floating license versions of the Force Recorder Next series (Force Recorder Next Standard‑FLT and Force Recorder Next Professional‑FLT).

Feature

  • Automatically calculates and displays bending stress (MPa) based on force values, sample information, and test conditions.
  • Supports three types of test methods: three-point bending, four-point bending, and cantilever beam.
  • Enables users to export calculated bending stress values to reports and CSV files.
