Rotating Torque

Next Series

The standard type rotating torque gauge for torque measurement up to 5N-m (500N-cm). It realizes the torque measurement for samples continuously rotating more than 360 degrees, such as gears and rollers. High-speed sampling at 2000 Hz ensures high reproducibility in both peak measurement and graphing with the optional graphing software. Various output functions are available for connections to external devices such as PLC. Data acquisition software is included. As a part of Next Series Model, the device enables access to IMADA Connected's online services with prior user registration, including online firmware updates and downloads of additional functions, etc.

Feature

High sampling rate (2000Hz) for high reproducibility, capturing small changes and accurate peak values by following rapid changes of torque.
With a bright and clear OLED display. The 3-split screen enables the display of the measurement parameters according to the requirements.
Torque measurement is possible while rotating the shaft continuously. It is possible to measure the torque of a sample that rotates more than 360 degrees.
Additional accessories and attachments, such as a handle to rotate the shaft and couplings, etc., are made to order at cost. Please contact us for details.
