MTS series is the dedicated motorized torque stand for the screw cap tester with 10N-m(1000N-cm) capacity. It enables torque measurement with higher reproductivity thanks to its constanct rotation speed. The operation can be controlled by torque values and rotation periods. It also enables durability tests using repetition function.
Feature
- Realizes highly repeatable measurements with constant test speed by simple operation
- Possible to control the operation by torque values and rotation periods by connecting to DTXS/DTXA with a dedicated cable
- Suitable for durability tests of bottle caps and circuit boards using repetition function by setting the required conditions
- Optional software Force Recorder Light/Standard available for real-time graphing of torque vs. time to enhance measurement efficiency
- Performs torque-angle measurement when using option -RA model (equips a rotary encoder), combined with DTXA series
