FRTS series

IMADA rheometer is desktop and portable, making it easier to handle on site and less expensive to install than larger test machines. eHT series

Torque load cell for eZ-Connect Series measures the force of twisting (turning) to the left or right. The optional jig (sold separately) is attached to the tip of the sensor to match the object to be measured. It has capacity of 10Nm. A dedicated indicator i.e., eZT or eFA plus, needs to be used.

DPU series

Standard-type load cell has capacity of 500N, and is rectangular shaped which can be easily integrated into an external equipment. A jig is attached to the measuring shaft (threaded part).

DPUH series

High capcity load cell with capacity of 1000N to 20kN. It can be used for both compression and tension testing. It is cuboid shaped which can be easily integrated into an external equipment with its equipped female threads.

SW series

This complies with IP67 (Ingress Protection Rating) waterproof and dustproof protection, with capacity of 500N. Both ends of the load cell are threaded so that it can be fixed to equipment or connected to an eyebolt.

LU series

Compact load cell is equipped with a sensor diameter of approximately Φ28 mm, and has capacity of 2000N. They are for compression and tension. The internal treads are to fix them to equipment or connect them to an eyebolt.

LC series

Coin-shaped load cell for compression that can be inserted into narrow gaps. Compression force is applied to the protruding part at the tip for measurement. It has capacity of 20kN.

PK2-1500N

Depression force (stepping force) load cell measures the force to step on the foot brake of a car. It is easy to measure the brake force by hooking and fixing the load cell to the foot brake and stepping on the brake with the load cell. It is IP65 (Ingress Protection Rating 65) compliant and easy to handle on site.

DM-2000N

Load cell for automatic and revolving door is specially designed to measure the closing force of automatic doors and revolving doors. The blue sensor part contacts the closing door. It can be applied in partial compliance with JIS and other industrial standards.

ZTS series

Standard type digital force gauge has capacity of 1000N and is easy-to-operate and functional, with 2000Hz high-speed sampling for accurate peak measurement and smooth curve when graphing data. The included software enables data management via PC, and graphing software for detailed data analysis. Several external output methods are available for connection to various devices. DST series

Digital force gauge for handheld has capacity of 1000N with basic functions, and are most economical, easy-to-operate and compact size. With a shape that fits in your hand, a light weight of 460g, and a battery that allows up to 30 hours of continuous use, simple type digital force gauge is ideal for handheld measurement. Despite its simplicity, simple type digital force gauges are equipped with convenient functions for measurement and management, such as a pass/fail judgement, a warning alarm to prevent malfunctions due to overload, and notification of calibration time. Software for importing data to a PC is also included. Some functions require connection to separately-sold products.

DSV series

Digital force gauge for handheld (advanced model) is designed to improve repeatability even when hand-held. Additional functions are topped to DST. When handheld type is used, the measurement angle tends to be inconsistent, which limits the repeatability of measurement. The added function reduces variation in measurement angles and thus improves repeatability. Other useful features include the ability to continuously acquire peak values without button operation and also the internal memory. Some functions require connection to separately-sold products.

FA Plus2/eFA Plus2

Desktop force amplifier is ideal for integration into facility, and can be used with variety of load cells. There are various inputs/outputs, and they can be used as part of factory automation equipment. 2000 Hz high-speed sampling ensures reproducible measurements for both peak measurement and graphing. FB/FS series

Simple type mechanical force gauge is equipped with a peak switch, which can be turned on to stop the needle at the peak value. They support both compression and tension test, with capacity of 500N.

QSMA-400

A measurement amplifier can be used with any of four assorted choices: load cells, strain gauges, and voltage sensors. \nLinear scale (angle meter) and contact signals are also possible for input. By using the downloadable software, all measurements can be displayed in real-time. Continuous data can be recorded and graphed, allowing correlations between measurements to be analyzed.

Pressure/Stretchability Measurement Module

The Pressure/Stretchability Measurement Module is a plug-in for Force Recorder Next Series that enables conversion from force to pressure and from displacement to stretchability and display the results. When perform compression/tension test after setting a sample cross-sectional area and contact area of attachment to sample, the measurement result (force value) will be converted and displayed as the force value per unit area (=pressure). Also, when perform compression/tension test after setting the initial length/height of the sample, the displacement amount willbe converted and displayed as the stretchability/stretchability rate. The Y-axis (pressure ⇔ load) and X-axis (elongation ⇔ displacement) of the graph can also be switched. The Spring Rate Measurement Module is a dedicated plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Professional. The Deflection Correction Function is a dedicated plug-in for Force Recorder Next Professional that can be used in combination with other plug-ins. The Bending Stress Measurement Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Series.
