Displacement OPT

A motorized test stand designed to build a compact tabletop force testing system. Used with force gauges such as ZTA series, it enables highly repeatable testing under controlled conditions. Motion can be controlled by force or displacement values, allowing test procedures that are difficult to perform consistently by manual operation. Models equipped with a linear scale can acquire force and displacement data simultaneously. The system is suitable for compression and tensile testing applications, including material characterization and operability evaluation. Up to 10 test conditions can be stored in memory for quick setup and efficient switching between test methods. Note: Some functions require a compatible force gauge and connection cable.

Feature

A motorized test stand for highly repeatable tabletop testing. Combined with various attachments, it supports a wide range of sample evaluations.
Auto Test Mode automatically stops or reverses motion based on force values or displacement, enabling testing under conditions that are difficult to achieve manually.
Up to 10 Auto Test Mode settings can be stored in memory for quick setup and easy switching between test conditions.
Included software allows test conditions to be created and edited from a PC using templates, simplifying setup and switching between test conditions.
Models equipped with a built-in linear scale (-FA) can simultaneously measure force and displacement. Their highly rigid structure (maximum deflection: 0.25 mm) enables more precise force-displacement testing.
