Tenacity

Yarn Tenacity Testing Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next series. Based on the sample linear density information (unit: tex), force values are automatically converted and displayed as yarn tenacity units (e.g., N/tex). The graph axes can also be switched between force and yarn tenacity on the vertical axis, and between displacement and stretchability on the horizontal axis.

* To download this function, a redemption code provided on the Download Card Basic is required.
* This function cannot be added to the floating license versions of the Force Recorder Next series (Force Recorder Next Standard‑FLT and Force Recorder Next Professional‑FLT).

Feature

Converts and displays force values as yarn tenacity units (force per unit linear density). The conversion unit can be selected from [N/tex], [cN/tex], [N/dtex], and [cN/dtex].
Automatically calculates and displays stretchability and stretchability rate by preregistering the initial length of the yarn sample.*Conversion to stretchability and stretchability rate is available only when a force–displacement graph is plotted using Force Recorder Next Professional.
Enables users to export converted data to reports and CSV files.
