The video introduces zipper sliding force test in which a zipper of a bag is pulled by IMADA force gauge. The closing force of zipper is affected by the pulling angle. Thus, we recommend to use a force gauge with tilt sensing function that alarms when the force gauge is not laid at the selected angle. With such function, high repeatability of the test is secured.

Hand Trucks Starting Resistance Test
The resistance of a hand truck when pulled backwards is measured on this test. The accuracy of the test result is enhanced by a force gauge with tilt sensing function that alarms when the force gauge is not laid flat. The bonding strength test between the needle tube and the needle hub(Complies with the corresponding part of ISO 7864: 2016)
In this video, the maximum force when pulling out the needle tube from the hub will be measured. This test complies with the corresponding part of ISO 7864: 2016. The non-destructive test that the needle tube keeps being pulled at certain force value can be also implemented with the same test unit. MED-NPT-200N, the attachment used in this video, has three slits with different widths and is available for needles whose diameters are from 0.3mm to 2.0mm. This kind of tests are conducted for quality evaluation, quality management, and R&D.

Clip Retension Test (Simple Manual Test)
This is clip retension test against paper. To measure the retension force, combine an IMADA's force gauge and a film chuck, grip the paper by the chuck and a clip, and pull the paper away from the clip by hand.
