Peel Strength

The Peel Testing Module 2 is a dedicated plugin for the Force Recorder Next series. By simply presetting parameters such as sample width and conversion units, measured force data (N) is automatically converted into peel strength (e.g., N/mm) and displayed after measurement. The system includes standard built-in templates compliant with relevant standards for evaluating electronic circuit materials such as printed wiring boards, flexible printed circuits, and copper clad laminates, as well as adhesive tapes for electrical insulation, enabling efficient and simplified testing in accordance with applicable standards.

* To download this function, a redemption code provided on the Download Card Advanced is required.
* This function cannot be added to the floating license versions of the Force Recorder Next series (Force Recorder Next Standard‑FLT and Force Recorder Next Professional‑FLT).

Feature

Measurement results are automatically converted into the preset peel strength (e.g., N/mm) and displayed. * Sample width must be entered in advance.
Supports peel characteristic evaluation of electronic circuit boards and adhesive tapes for electrical insulation in compliance with standards such as JIS and IEC. Built-in templates based on these standards enable easy and efficient testing in accordance with specified requirements.
By registering user-defined conditions (such as calculation range and conversion units) as presets, switching between conditions is simplified, enabling efficient testing.
Peel strength data after conversion can be exported in formats such as reports and CSV files.
