In this test, automotive air conditioner knob operability is evaluated using a portable torque-angle measuring unit. It is ideal to test on a car when assembled. By using a custom-made stay, stable rotation operation is possible even on uneven surfaces. The optional software shows torque and angle at the position where the air volume level changes on a graph, allowing analysis of torque-angle variation for each volume scale. It is used in quality evaluation, quality control and R&D.
