Effect Test of Thread Locking Adhesive

Turning Force

Stand Unrequired

This is an effect test of thread locking adhesive. It is performed to verify the effect of the adhesive by comparing the maximum torque value when loosening the screws of which have been tightened with/without applying the anti-loosening adhesive. The maximum torque value can be accurately captured by high-speed sampling at 2000 Hz. Furthermore, it can perform other tests including testing how much torque is actually applied to screws and bolts tightened with a torque wrench or torque driver, thus it suits a wide range of applications used in quality control.
