Clip gripping/pinch force test

Pinching Force

Stand Unrequired

This clip retention test is performed by pinching the stylus of the jig with a clip. Then the pinched force is displayed on the force gauge. Since the opening width is easily adjustable using the scale, testing can be done with various thickness. Pass/fail judgement appears on the force gauge and data management is also easy using the included software. Since the clip pinching force can be evaluated based on the quantified results without relying on human senses, it is an ideal solution for R&D and quality control.
