Tensile Strength Test for a Plastic Connector

Joint Strength

In this video, the tensile strength of a plastic connector using a hook jig. The hook jig allows to perform tensile testing without gripping the sample too tightly, which is ideal for measuring samples such as deformable plastic connectors and clamp terminals covering core wires (e.g. ferrule terminal). The same product configuration can also be used to perform durability tests in which certain force values are applied for a specified time.
