Cutting Resistance

The cookie texture is measured using the food hardness testing unit. The hardness of the cookie is quantified when it is cut with a wedge probe. Since the distance can be set with a knob, high repeatability can be obtained even though it is a manual type that is inexpensive and easy to introduce. It is also possible to manage data using the included software. It is a lever type and can measure efficiently, therefore it is an ideal solution in the field of quality control.
