Spray press button compression test

Operating Force

To measure the spray press button compression force, the resistance of the nozzle is measured when injecting the contents. Using a manual test stand equipped with a mechanical stopper, the spray nozzle is pushed for a predetermined distance to measure the max force value. This simple and efficiently measurement is useful for quality control. For more advanced solution, force-displacement measurement unit performs more complex tests using functions such as the displacement amount and various test condition settings. The correlation between force and displacement can be graphed for the purpose of safety and operability evaluation or R&D.
