In this video, friction force between a steel ball and the plate applied lubricant to is measured (ball-on-plate test) by VWF-10N with Φ6 ball holder VWF-BAH6 (sold separatly). The included software allows you to not only graph the relationship between force and time, but also easily calculate the average kinetic/static coefficient of friction and overlay the data so that you can see the difference of kinetic coefficient of friction between the ball and plates with/without lubricant.
