Peel test of jelly container lid (manual test)

45 degree Peel

Simple Test

This is a simple peel test of jelly container lid to measure the force of peeling by holding the force gauge by hand while gripping the heat-sealed jelly cup lid with a jig. This measurement imitates the actual opening, and can be used in quality control sites. Since the peeling force can be measured only with a force gauge and a jig, it is an inexpensive and easy-to-introduce solution. For more complex and automated testing, solutions using a motorized test stand are also available.
