Rotary switch operability test (keep rotation)

Operating Force

This rotary switch operability test measures the rotation force (torque, sliding resistance) by continuously rotating the switch using a manual rotation assist jig. By using the rotation assist jig, smooth and continuous rotation is possible. The maximum torque value required for operation can be measured, and blurring during measurement can be reduced, and therefore highly reproducible measurement can be performed. Such measurements are used in R&D and quality control. If the optional software is used together, graphs can be plotted to check if there is any damages/defects during rotation.
